Following a two year renovation programme, the Mill House is now open for bed and breakfast. This lovely 16th century, grade II listed house provides two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a self-contained family/twin room.

Situated in the Haldon Hills just 5 minutes off the A380, the house is well placed to enjoy this beautiful area of South Devon. Located in the ancient hamlet of Luton, we are within easy reach of the South Devon coastline or the magical Dartmoor National Park. The Cathedral city of Exeter with its excellent range of shops, restaurants and entertainment is a short distance away and Torquay with its marina and nightlife is also very easily accessible.

We aim to offer extremely comfortable accommodation in this lovely rural setting

where you can explore the surrounding area and our six acres of garden and paddocks, enjoy the stunning views and watch birds of prey circling overhead.

The Elizabethan Inn 'the Lizzie' is just a short walk from the Mill and offers an extensive menu at lunchtimes and in the evenings (please make sure you book for evenings to avoid disappointment). This is a lovely village pub - fresh local ingredients, log fires, pretty garden and local ales!!

A slightly longer walk to the nearby village of Ideford will take you to The Royal Oak 'the pub for the bewildered'. Another great little pub offering good value pub meals in a lovely atmosphere.
